On Tuesday, March 22 - Two culinary teams from the West Bend High School under the direction of Sally Heuer will compete in the ProStart® Invitational. Meadow Creek Elk Farms is proud to have donated the meat for one of teams who will be preparing "Elk Medallions" as part of their three course meal that will be judged by a panel of culinary experts.
